Or else, good suggestion: At a bare minimum, trade in the 6 cartridges at Staples for $18 and pocket almost $3. LOL!
I bought one from eBay and struggling since one week. Printer does not recognize carts even though reset button is pressed. I paid $43 for CIS. Any clue what am I doing wrong?

Did you make sure cartridges were installed all the way in?

Did you make sure cartridges were installed all the way in? Yeah. I removed it put it back several times and still the same result. In fact, I reset the switch too for 5 seconds.
