I think OP is saying that coupon is on page 41 of the TV Guide and he doesn't have a scanner to upload it. I searched around and cant' find any TV Guide Harbor Freight coupons. You might just have to go to the store and rip it out the TV Guide in the check out line.

Motor Trend has them about every other month. Page 121 of the October issue. Expires 1/1/2010. It says "coupon cannot be duplicated or photocopied" or I would post a scan.
