Similar to this deal, but upgraded. The LH50 comes with an ethernet port in the back, allowing you to stream Netflix, YouTube, and pull firmware updates with no hassle.
Frys.com is not offering shipping, but try store pickup. Was available at all locations around me (southern Cali).
I bought this model at the same price a month ago and love it. Latest firmware update allows you to play HD movies directly off your external hard drive via USB (even most .MKV files!), integrates VUDU - an HD streaming service, and supposedly makes some great improvements over the stock firmware (including fix for broken 24p support).
Fry's website is doing something weird. I was looking at the Samsung 2343Bwx which is on sale for 179.99 (also in San Jose Mercury ad). Earlier this morning, I had it in my cart just to see if it was in stock and the price was 179.99. At the time of the OP's post, I added the TV and it showed 861.50 and the monitor had jumped to 197.99. In my second post, the prices dropped to their lower prices. Now they are higher. I suspect any item that you need to add to your cart to see the price is acting in a similar fashion.

Getting "system error" when trying to select a store for pickup - is this still on? Want to pick one up in Renton, WA
edit=price bounces around from 919 to 1081, haven't seen it at 699 anywhere this morning.

We got this deal at the store in Renton, WA. We called up the Renton store to check on the price, they quoted $850 but the price was $699 when we went in person!!

This is on again for B&M... $697 + tax and recycling fees. I just picked one up this morning at the Sunnyvale Fry's. Looked like there were 5 or 6 at each store in Northern CA. Definitely a great set for the money.

Argh... I love my TV but hate when they drop the price 31 days after you buy it (frys has 30 day price protection)!!!
