I've never used that one, but I like the trimmer and built-in cover of the Braun. I've also used the Panasonic ES8133S, which works fine but isn't as sleek as the Braun. I also used a no-name small one that worked on two AAA batteries. It didn't do as good a job, and I missed the trimmer. I need one that can be enough for a few weeks of travel, so some of the other AAA models without a trimmer don't work for me, although their size is nice.
Is this the AAA you mentioned by chance? I'm definitely tempted by the size of that or similar ones which might be AAA powered, but realizing that it's not worth it if they don't do the job.

This is two AA powered. poohhairt// is talking about other shaver, not this one.
I bought this one almost 2 years ago and it's still running strong.
If you don't have much facial hair or travel a lot, this is a great shaver!
