OK then please elaborate. I'm not seeing any functionality above and beyond what's built into Windows or available from freeware. Partition Manager can change the size of an existing partition without losing the data contained in that partition. Windows can't, some other freeware can.

Beware, I installed this and when you uninstall it, the backup software seems to stay on your hard drive. These is a fix for this if you google it but its a lot of hassle.
