Direct from the publisher here. This is a slightly older edition since version 10 is on sale on their website but it is a good deal for free.

Download 32 bit, Download 64 bit, Register to get serial.

Partition Manager can change the size of an existing partition without losing the data contained in that partition. Windows can't, some other freeware can.

Beware, I installed this and when you uninstall it, the backup software seems to stay on your hard drive.
These is a fix for this if you google it but its a lot of hassle.

I needed an app like this, which can do 32-bit and/or 64-bit.

I grabbed both versions.

This was introduced in Vista.
