My Old Navy in elizabethown, ky is having 50% off summer clearance and looks like its a pretty new sale...or i needed a shopping therapy day.. shirts, tanks, shorts are marked as low as $1.99, then addtnl 50% taken off. Ive got a cart load to try on.
Confirmed in Timonium and White Marsh stores in MD. Just women's though.

My store was womens, mens, and childrens. There was 3 times as much womens tho. I got 21 tops and pd $30.xx. I also had a 10% off from the weekly coupon site.
