Built in rechargable battery (charges thru the USB cable).
Works okay for audio books (as it lacks any sort of display).
If you have a mix of MP3's, it can be a bit painful to try and chose a particular song(s) to play.
Specs are: * Supports MP3, WMA * Built-in Lithium Rechargeable Battery * USB 2.0 * Included Accessories: Ear Buds, USB Cable, Instruction Manual
Out of 4 walgreen's in town, only one store still had any in stock at $6.24 (one other store in town still had theirs at $12, so prices are YMMV)

There is an option to "Find in store". I am not sure how accurate that is, but hopefully it is a good bet!

Ed. The link doesn't seem to work. I was able to search it on Walgreens.com with the keyword "Sylvania mp3" and the OP's was the only one listed and I could view the details.

Thanks -nice deal. Player would only store 1gb of music initially - did a format and was able to use all the 2gb storage. battery life seems to be 4 hours. headphone jack might be flimsy. even if it fails after a while ,useful as 2gb flash drive at least.
