Pretty YMMV as with all Marshalls (at least three left here MA store) but if you need a router and there's a store nearby, it seems like a decent deal.

Does not appear to be MIMO - can make a difference in erformance, particularly when there are multiple wirless devices, over relatively longer distances.

All 802.11N routers are MIMO. It's built into the specification for N.
From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/802.11n IEEE 802.11n builds on previous 802.11 standards by adding multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) and 40 MHz channels to the physical (PHY) layer, and frame aggregation to the MAC layer. MIMO is a technology which uses multiple antennas to coherently resolve more information than possible using a single antenna. Two important benefits it provides to 802.11n are antenna diversity and spatial multiplexing.

Well, I purchased it for the 4.5 review score this router has. And it proved to be an better router than a lot N routers out there mainly due to the reliability.
