Thanks for pointing out that code. Note, however, that "WARDROBE" is only for free shipping on $99+ of men's purchases (exp 10-22-09). Since codes do not stack, you can not combine it with the 20% off code in the OP, so "WARDROBE," and the other free shipping codes, should only be used if your item(s) is on the above list of exclusions. That code in the OP is a combined code that gives you both 20% off and free shipping on $99+.
I'm not sure what's going on over at Macy's. Before I posted the PL8KM912J3X code, emailed to me by Macy's, I tested it by putting some items in my cart before entering the code. The code took off the 20% and gave me free shipping. Now when I use the same code with the same items, only the free shipping shows up. I did a little google search and others are reporting mixed results too: some get 20% + free shipping, some only 1% and free shipping, and some only the free shipping.
My take on this is that they are "experiencing some technical difficulties." Give them some time to sort things out and try the code again. The code doesn't expire for another 4 days. I'm going to contact customer support and see what they say.
I just got off the phone with Macy's. They confirmed that the code is valid and that for some reason their system is not processing the code consistently. They said that they are actively working on fixing it and that it should be fixed soon. In the mean time, the CSR suggested placing the items you want in your cart. Then, when you are ready to check out, call them [Call us at 1-800-BUY-MACY (1-800-289-6229)] and a CSR will complete the order for you with the 20% off and free shipping. I think you'll need to create an account or log in before calling because they asked me for my account number so that they could complete the order for me. HTH.
How will be the return, if I go to store and return will they charge shipping then? I never ordered online clothing but I liked couple of them so just want to know if they don't fit can I return to store without the shipping charge?

You can make returns either through shipping the item(s) back or by bringing them to your local B&M. Either way, you will not be charged for shipping. Just make sure that the unused or defective items are in their original packaging and that you include/bring the shipping invoice/receipt. The great ting about Macy's is that you have about 6 months to make returns/exchanges. Once I had to exchange an electronic item purchased online via a deal just like this: I called customer service (which is excellent BTW) and they immediately shipped a new one to me with a free return shipping label for me to return the old item... didn't cost me an extra cent. You can view their return policy here.
I forgot to add in my previous post that the only caveat with calling in your order is getting your Cash Back. Make sure that you click the Macy'sCashBack link before you checkout. If you have to call a CSR to complete your order, you won't get the CashBack automatically. Wait until FW emails you a CashBack click reminder about your Macy's purchase. Then explain that you were prevented from completing your order online due to Macy's website problem and give them your receipt info. This happened to me with a Macy's order before and I got my CashBack without a problem... it just took a little longer.

Since shipping is free, you'd pay they same online as you would in the store (of course the web-store carries some things the B&M does not and vice-versa). Plus, you can return online purchases via mail or by taking it to the B&M.
