greymoose,
Thank you for posting the link. Still don't know how to do it right.

Plus you'll get a $5 credit for Amazon MP3 music downloads.

Awesome mp3 player! Works great and inexpensive with great sound quality (with good headphones).

Nice find, OP, and neo1022. With the MicroSDHC slot available, too bad the 2Gb is not much cheaper.

if you need folder support, try the fuze player

The Clip+ does support folders as well as the fuze. The regular clip did not. Check anythingbutipod forums for hints and tips on Clip+.

Between this and the Fuze, which would be easier for a 7 year old?

Also, will I have a hard time finding a speaker docking station for this or is this a pretty common setup?

Thanks!

You could consider the Sansa Shaker for a young child. They had a few different versions (capisity) but with SD cards expandability, who cares?

Well, for an extra $10, I'd go with the clip which has 3.5gb more.

How much music does your kid have VS how easy is it to use (also consider the built-in speaker VS blasting away their eardrums at an early age).

Fuze is propriertary and uses the same connector as the E200 series so will dock on those accessories. Clip+ uses a mini usb connector. I have an Ihome 200 which I sometimes use and connects to headphone jack. Hope this helps a bit.
