To qualify for this offer your ticket will need to be booked in one of the following classes:

Upper Class - J or D

Premium Economy - W

Economy - Y

One $150 value American Express ®-branded reward card will be awarded to a Qualifying Member on completion of one Upper Class flight taken in J or D booking classes that is flown between September 15, 2009 and November 30, 2009 (inclusive) (the “Qualifying Period”). One $75 value American Express ®-branded reward card will be awarded to a Qualifying Member on completion of one Premium Economy flight taken in W booking class that is flown during the Qualifying Period.
