This is my firs post.
I found this TV 2 days ago and I was ready to buy it when I decided to call the SonyStyle to find out about warranty for Refurbished items.
After a conversation with the sales rep I had more doubt than confidence on the buy because HE told me that the TV was 60Hz and this was not good for fast moving movies.
He did answer the warranty question which is 90 days.
You can also get the Blue Ray Player for 99.99 (Refurbished)

Any advice out there? This seems to be a great deal.

Yes 60 Hertz

STAY AWAY! You can buy 52" V5100 for $1100 brand new every once in a while at Frys. At least here in PHX B&M. And it's 120Hz. You could get a 46" V series one from Sears for almost $750 last week. The warranty and stuff, just not worth it... So, sorry but red...

Buy a TV online you can get it for near refurb prices.

Places like Worst Buy and HH Gregg etc. Any TV u see in those stores that are decent sized, you could find $500-$1000+ cheaper online, without tax and sometimes free shipping. Usually Amazon is good for TVs.

For the same price you can buy a 50" Panasonic 1080P plasma TV with a lifetime return policy (if you buy before Nov. 1st 2009).
