Belkin USB Plus Hub @ BestBuy B&M clearance, 7-port/$20.99, 4-port/12.99

Just got back from the BestBuy store in Framingham, MA. There they had the Belkin USB Plus Hub 7-port on clearance for $20.99, and the 4-port for $12.99.

I left one of the 7-port hubs on the rack. I didn't see a display for the 4-port hub, but I picked one up out of their overstock corner in the back.

Edit: Hmm. Reviews are surprisingly a bit negative on this, seems to be a lot of complaints about overheating, and failing to function after six moths. That's too bad. I'm using another, older, Belkin 7-port USB hub and I love it, it works great. Unfortunately, they don't seem to sell that style any more.

These hubs DO have a lifetime warranty though.

I have had the 4-port fail, but its identical replacement is working fine.

My other powered hub is the portable Staples brand USB hub that went on clearance for $3.50 during the days of XP. Use it daily for WiFi adapter and it is still going strong.
