As the title suggests, this is available in store, not online. I clarified my posting to indicate it is in the _printed_ flyer.
I saw it online and Kohls posts their weekly ad online. So if you say its in the flyer then I expect to see it in the online version of their printed ad. So Kohls apparently has ads and flyers. I have since called the local store and they say it is reg price.
I found it in the ad in today's newspaper. It was on p 27 (second to the last page). It says $17.99 after $10 mail in rebate. Looks a lot like item 845524892507019 (search for that number on the Kohl's website).

Some people take up to much space in this world.
Bad spellers do too! The extra "o" does take up space

Yeah im not much of a typist. I find that I have dyslexia when I type as well. Lately been catching myself using there instead if their as well, which is really bad.
This deal just worked for me online, thanks OP! This will make a great xmas gift if I decide not to keep it for myself. They have these at all the LaQuinta hotels for their free breakfast and I love them. I used Kohl's cardholder's 20% off code SPECIAL20. I also spent over $50 so I will get the $10 Kohl's cash and I spent over $75 so I got free shipping. I also bought the Barbie Jet that is 1/2 off.
Oster Rotating Belgian Waffle Maker Sku# 90223617 $27.99 - 20% (SPECIAL20) = $22.39 - $10 MIR = $12.39 yippee! + I'm getting the $10 Kohls cash. Thanks OP!
When you make waffles in this, do you have to make any special kind of batter, or will the standard recipes using Krusteaz or Bisquik work just fine for this?

I use the Bisquik recipe. Add a splash of real vanilla to make them even better (I also do this with pancakes, adding just a little cinammon as well).
Rebate requires "The original or copy of the cash register receipt with purchase circled." I'm not sure if the person who purchased it online will be getting their rebate, since no cash register receipt will arrive with a shipped order.

Family secret (well, not anymore): use a can of 7-up or Sprite with 2 cups Bisquick, a little oil, and an egg: carbonation adds fluff and sweetened slightly from the soda.
If you would use the gift card anyway, you could look at it like both for $15.03.
If you want to do it online, buy 3 items, get free shipping (but no F&F) and get three for $47.97. Okay, not such a great deal unless you are just moving out of parents' house and have nothing.
***Uh, entered the code with my non-Kohl's CC and it gave me the 20%. I didn't finish checkout, so YMMV.
***New tally:
***Buy 3 for $77.97 - 20% off (SPECIAL20) - $30 MIR = $32.38 for three delivered (plus tax). SMOKIN'!
The original UPC bar code symbol from the package (must include the original UPC bar code symbol with MODEL# attached from the package for verification).
Does it mean I also have to cut out the model # from the bottom corner of the box and submit that too?
***Buy 3 for $77.97 - 20% off (SPECIAL20) - $30 MIR = $32.38 for three delivered (plus tax). SMOKIN'!
I'm lost, how did you do this? I can't even come up with your original $77.97 - 3 at $27.99 = $83.97. Then past that, once you take off the 20%, it knocks you out of free shipping ($10.95 for me). With tax of $4.03 brings me to $82.16. So if I could manage to get all three rebates, I'm still looking at over $27 each. I know I must be missing something here... help?
If the 20% off code takes you below $75 you will not qualify for the free shipping. I learned this the hard way. But if you are xmas shopping for any children, Fisher-Price toys are 50% off which is a pretty good deal with your 20% off coupon code and make a great filler to make it up to the $75 mark for free shipping. I hate that Kohl's has stopped the free shipping codes!
Oh and another filler idea is their NCAA stuff. It's on a pretty good sale right now especially with the additional 20% off code. Just bought a bunch of FL Gator stuff for xmas gifts.
Sorry, meant 3, 1 of each, including the waffle maker. Thought it was already clear rebate was only good for one of each. I missed the shipping dropping off. My bad.

Okay, one more time. Buy any 4 of these online (1 each max) with 20% coupon, get free shipping, and $99.96 - 20% - $40 MIR = 39.97 for 4, or less than $10 each. A little more if one is the flip waffle maker.

I just picked one up at my local Kohl's in Connecticut. On sale for $17.99. I made sure it was the same model number. I had a 15% off coupon that brought the price after taxes down to $16.21. With the rebate...$6.21. Might want to try going in store. I'm not sure if the price came down today or I was just lucky.

How will the waffle batter get into both sides of the grille if you don't flip it after adding the batter? I have a waffle maker. I pour in the batter. When the light turns green I open it and have a waffle cooked on both sides, no turning needed. Won't the waffle batter get to both side of grill as soon as the top is shut?

The unit's 180-degree rotating function helps evenly coat the batter on both the upper and lower waffle plates

Is it a Belgian waffle maker? You do realize Belgian waffles are quite a bit thicker than normal waffles?
Why don't you buy one of these and try cooking it w/o rotation. See how well it works out...could be a great FW experiment.

BTW, my wife said when she picked it up at our local CT Kohl's, they deducted the rebate ($10) immediately, saying that "state law required they give you the rebate up front". So, no rebate to file, and net cost after all discounts, coupons and the "rebate" was $10 + tax.
Tons left in the Athens GA store for 27.99. I used the FF 15% off coupon and a (legit from mailing) $10 off $10 Discover coupon and paid ~$16. Been eyeing these for awhile. With rebate, it'll cost me about 6 bucks, less than any other ones I've checked out. Thanks OP!! Can't wait for my waffles tomorrow morning!
