Looks pretty bulky / front heavy. If you want to spend a lot more money, I am fully in love with my Petzl e+LITE. It's so tiny and lightweight, just great for a headlamp and trying to get something done in the dark. I buy the lithium batteries from DealExtreme so it's cheap to run.
fyi...Happened to be at Harbor Freight and they have one on special for $2.99. Different brand, Lumens = made in china. Op's seems to be bulkier but possibly better made.
