Some good prices. You can also find a few of these for around these prices at SierraTradingPost.com. I don't know that they have shipping limitations for blades.

I used to have the Micra but lost it somewhere. If you're ever in need of a replacement (or someone needs something similar), seriously consider the SOG equivalent (this one). I've had one for over three years now, and the quality is amazing. If I didn't already have two full-size Leathermans, I'd be getting a full-size SOG multitool as well.
The two "e" prefix knives have a 154cm blade that imho is well worth the little bit more $ if your looking at getting one of these. Should stay sharp twice as long as a 420hc steel knife.
Leatherman makes good products, but those knives were seriously overpriced to begin with, IMO.
Can I make an alternative recommendation? If you are looking for a useful everyday carry knife (without the screwdriver bits), the Buck Bantam is a much better value. Incredibly sharp out of the package, resharpens easily, and lightweight. Some are China made, some are US made. Buck moved from California to Idaho recently, to reduce their costs, and they promised to reinvest in US manufacturing. They've been following through. My Bantam is US made.
