Amazon has the P3 International P4400 Kill A Watt Electricity Usage Monitor for $20.39 with free "super saver" shipping for orders over $25 (not eligble for prime though). No sales tax for most.
FWIW, I saw it also at a local Costco (Thornton, CO) for $18.xx. Figuring in the tax, it's about the same price, but with a better return policy. Of course, a huge YMMV on whether your local Costco carries it.
