Is toilet seat injury a concern somehow? Have I been putting my life in jeopardy everytime I goto the bathroom because I've failed to encorporate SoftClose technology into my home up until this point? Why wasn't there mainstream news coverage of this epidemic of toilet seat injuries?!?
Why is this seat so much more than other "soft close" ones? Lowes/HD have seats for 20-30 bucks. This includes ones that the lid will not slam down on.
