Did a little more research on their website and under the FAQs page, it states:

We will send you a full refund with proof of purchase or a replacement if that is what you prefer.
So, I bet they'd return it for you with your invoice and packing slip.

If you're still talking about the candles, it was ABOVE the cart listing (not very intuitive if you ask me.) I went all the way to finalizing my order before I hit home and pulled up the cart again and I saw it.
If you're not talking about candles you're on your own.
