WHAT: There are two versions of the vaccine, nasal spray vaccine and injectable vaccine, each are used for certain populations. H1N1 Flu vaccine may be given at the same time as other vaccines, including seasonal influenza vaccine. Injectable Vaccine- Anyone over the age of 6 months. Nasal Spray Vaccine- Only used for healthy individuals ages 2 to 49. The Macomb County Health Department will be holding two H1N1 immunization clinics for eligible persons between the ages of 2 and 49 on Wednesday, October 28 from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Thursday, October 29 from 12:00 NOON - 7:00 PM Freedom Hill 15000 Metropolitan Parkway (16 Mile Road). Sterling Heights, MI Ages 2 - 49 & Not Pregant (Nasal Spray Vaccine) FREE more clinics will be announced as additional supplies of injectable and nasal spray vaccine are received.
