Ends October 26

Their fleece outerwear is well-constructed and the fabric really does seem to be anti-static. I wear the half-zip fleece pullovers all year. Buy any 2 or more regular-price Adult Fleece Jackets, save $5 each. This discount stacks with the 25% off, which is a nice savings.

At checkout, for the 25% off, apply:
Promo Code: TREAT
PIN: 2221

SAVINGS REFLECTED AT CHECKOUT

Lands' End online ordered items may be returned to Sears stores for credit.

How did you get free shipping? I couldn't get it to work.

Not so sure about this:
LandsEnd.com said: Please Note: Sears cannot accept exchanges or returns from Lands' End stores, Amazon.comŽ, or Lands' End Business Outfitters.

This must be new. I have returned items to Sears several times in the past, in different stores in at least three different states. Maybe this means Land's End STORES as opposed to LandsEnd.com?

LandsEnd.com is not a store, it is a website. This deal is in regards to LandsEnd.com (the website).

Just a guess: Did you enter the code and PIN at checkout? Discount and free shipping are shown AFTER code and PIN are entered. hth

All their shipments come with an invoice, and a pre-paid return-ship label, no questions asked. Among other purchases from them, I had bought some shirts a few months back, when the deal was on FW. Everyone, myself included, soon realized they were short in length. I felt as long as they stay tucked, it would be all good. Well, they don't stay tucked. Having not saved the RMA label, I wrote to them. They emailed me a new label, took the used/washed shirts back after 3+ months, and issued a full refund.
Can't beat that for customer service.

While we are on the topic of customer service, Crocs is beyond excellent. Twice on the same order, due to my inexperience with Crocs, I received sizes that were not good for me. The fault was mine. Twice they shipped replacements, and every time they paid for shipping both ways. They even shipped out the replacements without waiting to receive the returns.
Once I bought a clearance item, BOGO free. They went ran out of one of them, and shipped me only the other one. You guessed it: no shipping, no charge, it was free!
Never in my life have I dealt with Customer Service like this. Too bad they are going under.

I ordered 2 identical fleeces, used the code and pin and got 25% off as well as $5 X 2 off. But I am getting charged for shipping. Any one have suggestions? TIA.

I was quoting from the LandsEnd.com Returns policy.
If you successfully returned to Sears, that's good enough for me.
Could you confirm that?

It would appear that there are B&M Lands' End stores (none in CA that I'm aware of, though). LandsEnd.com is a website, not a store. I have returned numerous items (last week being the most recent, in fact) to the local Sears. If you're not comfortable with that, you can use the pre-printed return label to return items.
