Actually T-Mobile rep just told me that ALL discounts are built into the "Even More Plus" plan prices. They won't apply any additional business/association/student discounts. She did say you could use the discounts with the "Even More" plan prices.

Fine print: "Unlimited features are only for direct communication between two people"
WTF?

It's also just 79.99 for the family plan. I currently pay 89.98 for the unlimited loyalty plan for 2 lines. There's a $70 transfer fee for 2 lines though. I called and the rep said there was no way to bypass the fee. After that I did the customer service chat online and they were able to waive the fees. I talked to "Nicole A"

The Even More Plus Plans are not eligible for discount phone upgrades. I just eBay all my upgrades anyway. I currently use an iphone.

As a negative, T-Mobile dropped their $30 plan and raised their data prices. They're no longer the "cheap" carrier.

I thought we were supposed to see a price war with the cell carriers, not price hikes?

Just spoke to customer service, converting from
family flex pay monthly 89.99 => 79.99 unlimited ~ $10 per line one-time migration fee (cannot be waived)
family flex pay monthly 89.99 => 59.99 1500 minutes (does not have myfaves) ~ no migration fees

'njoy

Called to change plan, but they want $35 service fee, said no way to waive that.
Will have to try again later.

I did the deal yeterday. They will waive the $35 transfer fee, if you are on a corporate plan (ie AAA, freelancers, etc). I wasn't so they put me on a corporate plan then transferred it to the Even More Plus. On family plans, the $35 fee is only for the first two lines. I was on a Family 1000 for 69.99 + 30 (three more phone) + $20 unlimited messaging. Total was 120.00 per month. New plan is 1500 min for 79.99 + 15 (three more lines), messaging included.

I was not on a contract.

same with me. let me know if you get it waived.
I am out of contract, one line, been with T-Mobile for over 10 years.

They still want $35.00 from me.

Could not get it waived after talking/chatting to 3 different CSRs. It seems they want to get that money. I am better off even after paying $35, so went for it.

Thanks for your input. Looks like I'am going to pay the $35.00 fee also. Al least I'am getting 66% more talk time, and free calls after 9pm for the same $29.00 plan that I had.
