I bought some from DX as well. A few were half dead upon delivery, likely due to the bulk packaging allowing them to make contact with one another during shipment. Can't give a technical report on shelf life, but seemed decent for my purposes and took almost two years to use all of them. Was not a big deal if some were duds since I had so many for so cheap. The ones I got from Meritline were packaged better in individual blister packs, though more expensive. The blister packs are probably better for longer term storage.

I think getting them on eBay is even cheaper. Right now you can get them in the blister packs for around $6-$7 for 50 of them. I did this a while ago and put a meter on all of them. About 3-4 were duds and probably another 5-10 had lower voltages under 3.2volts but were above 3. The rest were at 3.3-3.37 volts. I also did the 25 pack once from DealExtreme, but it arrived loose and I think close to half were duds because they shorted during shipping.

You guys plan ahead, that's no fun. I need 1 or 2 of these a year, so I wait until my Computer backup bat goes dead, or my car remote doesn't work, and pay $3.50 each to safeway.

Lucky you. I bought some from DX as well. 95% of them were DOA and I had to get my money back from PayPal.
It's like candle lights but power by cr2032 battery. This is the barcode # 627442061651 they still have a lot at fountain vally and garden grove, CA costco, I think they should have it at every costco because christmas is coming.

Only Sunbeam triple packs at the local Dollar Tree in Sarasota...
Got the Sunbeam 3-pack, but I have a feeling that these do not last as long as the other taken from motherboard (Maxwell, Sony etc.) I have a pedometer and it goes through the Sunbeam once a month. The garage door opener uses 2 of them and that goes a little longer, probably 3 or so months.
