I stopped by Target to pick up some D Batteries, and found they have their Duracell D Batteries on sale.

The best deal was with the 4-packs. Originally $5.54, they were on sale for $4.70. There was also a $1.00 off coupon on each pack.

So

$5.54
- $0.84 (on sale)
= $4.70
- $1.00 (coupon from each pack)
= $3.70 (plus tax if applicable)

Buying two packs would cost $7.40. Compare that to this Amazon deal from 10 days ago, for $10
