Well, since I'm CA, it comes out to $202.10 after tax with free 3-5 day shipping. Amazon has it for $200 + free super saver shipping. $2.10 is probably worth getting the slightly faster shipping. If you can manage to stack the 5% bing Cash Back, that'd knock off another ~$10 off the Dell price. Overall, I'd say OK deal, but nothing spectacular (unless you happen to live somewhere Dell doesn't charge sales tax).
