I ordered this online from Sam's Club on 10/22 and it's still showing 'In Process'. I called Sam's Club and they said it's still in process and they had no clue of when it would ship. I told them to cancel the order and they told me they can't at this point. I could either refuse shipment, send it back to Sam's Club at my cost or return it to a Sam's Club. However, they won't refund the shipping cost. I knew I should have bought this from Costco! Costco is the best!
Update: Ordered on 10/22 and still shows 'In Process'. I contacted CSR and they still don't show a shipping date. I was told the official release date was changed from 10/23 to 10/29. WTF! Also they are currently out of stock and my order is on backorder. Bleh!
I just picked up a copy of the family pack for that $124.46 at a Sams Club in Duluth, GA (plus 6% sales tax to help fund the corrupt Gwinnnet County). I had ordered it online last night for store pick up and I received the "your order is ready..." this morning.
When I went to the front desk, the lady opened the magical locked case with all the goodies and couldn't find the darn family pack version. There were a bunch of single copy windows 7 home premiums. Then I started to get antsy and shoved my blackberry confirmation email in her face. She dug around the case a little longer and lo and behold, she pulled out a cardboard box chock full of family pack discs! Very disorganized store pick-up process, IMHO.
