Be very careful with this. I purchased this system from Buy.com a few months ago. Both handsets worked fine for about 12 hours then went into some sort weird reset mode with the screen flashing and LEDs blinking, etc. There appeared to be no way to reset them (even removing the battery for several hours didn't work). I returned it to Buy.com and they sent a replacement. Both handsets from the replacement did the same thing. After a little research, I discovered this is a common problem. There must be a design flaw. I can't believe Buy.com still sells these. The return rate must be huge.

I have had this for about 2 months now. The bluetooth loses the signal sometimes and I have to push the button again. Thats the only problem. I bought the whole set at Office Depot for $9.94 on clearance.

please do not buy this. I had similar problem as mentioned by one of the other users. I had talked to the customer service who claimed to have no knowledge of any known problems with this model. She wanted me to know if I had the phone was connected to the line. She couldnt take my word for the problem. I asked her if she was planning to connect to the phone remotely with a magic trick to figure out the problem ? She didnt answer but insisted to call back when I had the phone on the line. I didnt feel like I could Converse with her any more longer and had to hang up.
After that, the phone worked for few more weeks. But occasionally it would reset by itself in the middle of the call. But now it has gone back to the old problem of disco lights (flashing continuously). I dont have the time or patience to call them again. Dont know what to do with teh other set of phone that I had bought and kept.
