Perfect timing! My dad asked me to look for a decent laptop just last night. Here is what I just purchased using my rewards zone card: Toshiba-Laptop with Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor-Black Onyx-A505-S6980 $48.01 $648.00
Microsoft-Office Home and Student 2007-Windows $69.99 $69.99 $0.00 $5.59 $75.58
Microsoft-Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade-Windows $49.99 $49.99 $0.00 $3.99 $53.98
Sales Tax: $60.00 Order Total: $809.97
I bought my brother this computer along with the antivirus software as a early Christmas present. IMO it is a hefty computer perfect for my 6'4" hefty brother. He is a trucker and needs a heavy duty one for his travels; I hope I made the right selection for him. The microsoft 7 upgrade and the OFFICE 2007 is for my dad. I hope they like everything.

I think most people are waiting to see what kind of laptop deals will be available on Black Friday, so they're not getting too excited about the promos happening now. This one looks like a good candidate for $499 on BF.
