These were $149 in both home and small biz through yesterday - with a 3 yr warranty, not 90 days like the outlet monitors. They have been as low as $139 in the past for new ones.
Via EPP they were $139 with a 3 yr "advanced exchange" warranty up through yesterday as well.
No way would I pay within $20 of new for a 90 day warranty "refurb" - likely a monitor someone returned with dead or stuck pixels...

can you still get any of these through EPP??...also, do any of them have height adjustment?? I have a Samsung 245BW with height adjust. and want a second 24" to go with it, but it seems all these monitors are super short and don't have any adjustment....how the heck would I match up the height?...do people use monitor stands or something??
