And where can I buy the OOMA cheaper? Costco.com has it for this price and no freebie.
True but consider Costco's return policy if Ooma ever goes kaput. Well, then again, Costco could change their return policy!
Doesn't Costco have a 90 day return policy on electronics? I know it used to be unlimited, but they changed it to 90 days. I would think the Ooma hub falls under electronics.

If Costco changes the policy later, the original policy (at the time of purchase) will still be applied. There was lots of discussion on this when Costco changed their policy on eletronic.
NEVEREVERPAYRETAIL said: BAD deal. This is NOT the telo for this price. This is the core system that can be had for much less elsewhere
The telo comes with a $12 yearly fee which this system doesn't have, and this deal never claimed to be the telo. The core system has been selling for a bit more than this. Even the best deals got it down to ~$170. This deal comes with the core system + the ipod shuffle for $230 with no tax. The shuffle sells on Amazon for $55. So this is best deal around if you're going to get a shuffle anyways or can sell the shuffle. If you know of a better deal, please share.
i bought this from Dell for $179 (including tax and shipping). $230 is too much for ooma hub.

You forgot the price of the $55 iPod shuffle.
It is a combo deal, the real cost of the hub/scout is $230 - $55 = $175. The Dell deal that you mentioned about involved a coupon and 10% bing.com CashBack. However, both the coupon and CashBack expired a while ago. So for people that want Ooma and a iPod shuffle, this can be a good deal.
Because $200 is close to regular price, unless you really care about Premier service. A good price for the ooma is ~$170. With the deal posted here you are paying around $175 for the ooma and $55 for an ipod shuffle. I don't want a shuffle, so I'm holding off for the next deal around $170.
Subtotal of Items: $282.97 Shipping & Handling: $9.71 Super Saver Discount: -$9.71 Credit Upon Ship: -$0.00 Promotion Applied: -$79.00 ------ Total for this Order: $203.97

fsiphoto said: This promo works with the 4GB too! Manually add Ooma and 4GB shuffle and it takes $79 off at checkout.
This seems to be the best price/promotion that has been offered on this to date. Although I pulled the trigger on this, I'm guessing that there may more deals to come on this.

The following must be returned within 90 days of purchase for a refund: televisions, projectors, computers, cameras, camcorders, iPOD / MP3 players and cellular phones.

to continue with untieknots, I now see that no ooma ships from Amazon. Is that mean deal is no longer available?

Amazon changed the price again to $203.97...Click on see price in cart, click on proceed to check out. Under customer who bought this item, click on Apple Ipod Shuffle 2BG, select color and select size (4 GB). Below there is an option of Add Both to Cart. DOUBLE CHECK the number of items on Ooma, it might say more than 1 though. At least this was how I got it yesterday. Good luck.
- Go to the Link for Ooma and add to cart - Search for ipod shuffle 4th - Click on one of the ipod shuffle 4th gen (they all go to the same page where you have to select color and size) - Select Color - Select size (4GB) - Add to cart - Proceed to checkout
Good price if you are not calling abroad at all. But what I use at home is 12voip.com. I call all western countries and usa free. Cell Phones in europe is really cheap like 7-8 cent per min.I put 15 usd every 3 months in to my account to get the free promotion
