Same price online or B&M, but if order online, use code 296 for $10 off (good til 12/31/09). A lot of other coupon codes you find may have restrictions, but this one works on most everything I have tried.
So, after $10 coupon = $139.99
Shipping is flat $4.99 (I think for everyone)

Taylor Made Drivers

Also, 5% FW CashBack

I bought the 09 Burner TP a couple months ago for $299 and absolutely love it! If your looking for a new driver, I would give this a try. If going to the store, you can always swing in their golf simulator and try a bunch of different clubs out to see what suits you better.

GG is also doing free personalization on select golf balls, possible xmas idea

If you're looking for 09 Burner, rockbottomgolf.com has it for $170. They also have coupons from time to time.

So so prices, the 07 was that price for a while at many places and the Tour Burner (08) has been cheaper at other places. It's not bad with the coupon and FatCash though, find out which loft and shaft suits you before ordering online. Getting properly fitted will easily give you 10+ yards vs an incorrect loft or shaft.

What is the difference between the Burner 08 and Burner 09?

What does the Tour head (TP) add to the club? Does it just look cooler?

question 1 answer: 1 year (ha ha)
There is definitely a style difference in the looks. Then the 09 looks more like the 07 again.
I am not positive on all the differences, but here's what their website says:

TaylorMade Tour Burner 2008 Men's Driver

Dual Crown and weighted power-base promotes increased distance. Lower and precision-placed CG for higher launch angle and lower spin. SuperFast Technology for increased swing speed.

Dual Crown and weighted power-base promotes increased distance.
Lower and precision-placed CG for higher launch angle and lower spin
SuperFast Technology for increased swing speed.
60 gram SuperFast shaft creates a faster swing speed and faster ball speed for more distance.

TaylorMade Burner Men's Driver (07)

SuperFast club Technology creates extremely light total weight with light-and-long shaft promoting faster swing speed for added drive-crushing power.

Bullet-shaped clubhead with sleek crown markings has a fast and distinctive look at address promoting confidence and speed.
Extra-large 460cc clubhead with Inverted Cone Technology has a high effective MOI (eMOI) providing tremendous forgiveness for long, straight results on off-center hits.
Inverted Cone Technology expands COR zone creating greater ball velocity on off-center hits, resulting in consistently longer drives.
RE*AX SuperFast 50 by Fujikura graphite shaft. 46 inch length that is 50 grams provides more speed for greater distance

Question #2 answer: $50 (haha)
As far as the 09 Burner, I was told one of the big differences is that the TP has a neutral face, and the regular one is more closed to help the slicers. Although, I do not see this in their manufacturer claims. Also, the 09 has a lighter shaft to promote higher swing speed, so I had to go with the extra stiff instead of stiff. I am sure there are some other slight difference, but I hit three different drivers in the simulator, and I could tell a big difference in feel and ball flight. So, I had to buy the one I was hitting dead center and smokin' it everytime! It just felt good. I have played only 4 rounds with it this fall, and am still extremely happy with it's performance.

I love my '09 Burner driver. Best all around driver I own.

I remember hearing when the '09 driver came out, it was said to have been mostly built with the '08 Burner TP driver specs with some additional advancements.
