Yes, from the manual, it comes with the following
-Bluetooth device -Ear loop -Small, Medium, Large ear gels -Charging pocket (plastic pocket that device slips into) -AAA Battery -AAA Battery charger -AC Charger -Mini USB Charger -Mini USB to USB charging cable -Car charger -USB charging cable
I got this unit a couple of years ago and the clarity is crystal clear. The ear gels come in three sizes so a tight seal that is also comfortable can be made inside the ear. Even when the windows are down, people I am talking with have no complaints. I think the ear clip (basically a piece of wire with rubber around it) is very uncomfortable so I use it without and it stays in with no hastles.
CAUTION! A common problem with these headsets is losing the ear gels and ear wires. They are just a simple twist-in design. If a woman clips the set to a purse using the supplied clip, it is very easy for the ear jel to come off, and the wire is soon to follow. Buying the two as replacement parts costs as much as or more than this sale price.
I used a bead of hot-melt glue to seal the jel to the unit. And my wife now puts the unit in a small ziplock back before putting it IN her purse.
Thanks OP. In for 2. Tho, TheCellShop suggests it comes with a "wall charger" as opposed to the "car charger" Plantronics referes to, si I dunno what I'll get...
Amazon reviews are mixed: bottom heavy with haters and top heavy with lovers. It averages out to three stars.

I made this purchase off of eBay over a week ago, same item--new, bulk. fwiw, it was $13.96 back then. The accessories included are the wallcharger, cradle, 1 eargel. Period. See the website.
Also, there is some risk of getting a refurb. This is a fact, I got one. I am working with thecellshop to get it replaced with a NEW one.

The eargel falls off, wear and tear. Closer inspection revealed some things. The collar around where the eargel meets the headset has the silver paint worn off the plastic--A plainly obvious sign that the eargel has been pivoting around (wear and tear) for some time. Second, the clips that hold the eargel on the headset are rounded over, thus they don't clip on to the inside of the headset to hold on securely. The mechanism to hold the eargel to the headset could have been engineered better...It can detach too easily. The clips are plastic and will show wear if clipped on and off too much.
With plantronics, the eargel and 'earpiece' are integrated. The whole earpiece comes off for replacement and a new one with the eargel snaps into the headset. Sort of like replacing a car tire. The eargels (tires) come off of other headset earpieces (wheel rims) for replacement, but with this plantronics headset you have to replace the whole earpiece (tire and the wheel rim). The eargel with my headset either was installed a few times by some big thumbed gorilla or has been falling off for some time.
Oh, more wear and tear. minor scratches visible in the black trim plastic. Also, the silicon gel on mine is yellow-gray and has a hair stuck in it (gross, I know.) I really hope the gel isn't supposed to be clear.
As I said before, cellshop is in the process of getting me a new one. They say it's a new item supplied by a new vendor. With my feedback they supposedly are checking their stock and pulling out the units that aren't new.

use the chat session during business hours, you may have to wait on queue a bit as it looks like there's only one person doing the chat.
