Nothing yet But if it turns out to be an Acer Timeline with the notoriously slow Intel SU2700 Processor running VISA, be sure to do some research, or get some hands-on experience before buying.

I doubt they're advertising a laptop with vista. I bet it'll come with home premium.

It was my post to SD... the ad has Win7, almost 100% sure it's a home version. I'm going to WalMart soon, I'll take the advertisement and ask in the PC department for more information.

Processor (L310) seems to be a little on the skimpy side. I read somewhere that this cpu doesn't support virtualization (albeit hard to find any info! Even on AMD's website.) Can anyone confirm?
Someone at sd was able to buy one a couple of hours ago. It does not have a webcam. The specs do not mention one, but some has surmised that there is one based on the pics. The circle you see in the pics is a plug for where the webcam should be.

I just want anyone considering an Acer to learn about their tech support:
Acer's customer support is web/email only from India. The way they help you fix a problem is ask you to restore the computer to the original state. If neither that or new drivers solve the problem, they'll send this email to you:
"Since this issue involves advanced troubleshooting, we fall short of resources with which we could better diagnose and resolve it for you. However Acer technicians are bound to support its customers with the removal or installation of any hardware or software shipped across with Acer machines. But they are not trained on all the advanced features of the software or hardware Acer sells.
Because this calls up on a higher level of expertise the advance troubleshooting, we only have support over the phone on these issues and it is chargeable. You may avail this support on 1. 800-237-6483 at a rate of $2.95 per minute with the slots 30 minutes ($59.99), 90 minutes ($129.99), or 15 issues ($199.99) and the validity will be 1 year which can be billed to a credit card." So they'll charge you for tech support even though it's under warranty. This is my first hand experience.
Just got back from my round of hitting 5 So Oregon stores... Thanks all for leaving the stock for me..... Thank you

Great info from partake...thanks. I've seen this computer at Staples $399 and Costco $449 in So Cal, the CineCrystal screen is honestly the nicest screen I have ever seen...colors and clarity are amazing. It blows away my LG widescreen that I use daily that has 15000:1 contrast ration. I would buy an Acer just for the CineCrystal screen...there were HP's, Compaq's and Dells next to the Acer and none came close. The computer is pretty fast, but that is a fresh load of Win 7 so there's not much real life stuff or usage to slow it down.
