We just received an email that there was a technical 'glitch' in the previous communication from Costal Contacts, and to make it up to us they were offering a 10% discount. Expires 11/30/09 (midnight?)
Now, personally, given the name of the code I'd say this is a blatant attempt to get us to renew our prescription under the guise of a discount. If it was a mistake I'd really expect to see something else, or possibly a unique code- but since it's generic I'm supposing anyone can use it.
I don't know if it's tied to previous orders or not, or if it would be valid on any new order and not a refill. YMMV
I'm kinda po'ed. I just placed an order using fatwalletvision (15%off) and the discount showed up before I hit submit. The next page showed they charged me $146 (without the discount) and now I need my order number to contact them yet I haven't gotten a confirmation email. The charge is already showing up in my bank account!!! If they don't honor the discount i'm going to cancel my order.
