Nope - RB 1 instruments, but on their boxes, they say PS3/PS2, so perhaps they'll at least work with PS2 games if you have those. According to what i've read, the changes (other than wireless for the drum kit) aren't that noticeable - especially for the price difference, however, another FW'er said that the RB1 stuff is 'crap'...but I don't have anything to compare to. I just know that the set I bought from here works just fine for me.

Does anyone know if it comes with the cables to connect it to the 360?
I've had both, and I have to say that the RB2 instruments are MUCH MUCH better than the RB1 instruments. To me, the wireless drum was really a secondary thing. The drums are much more responsive with the RB2 kit. I consistently got about 10% higher score with the new kit compared to what I had before. I thought I was just bad (that said, I've also read elsewhere that the RB1 drums were hit/miss so maybe I just had a dud). It also feels like it has better construction too. More solid build and the drum pads are also pre-dampened too. RB1 drums were so loud I occasionally got noise complaints from my next door neighbor (apartment).
The guitar/bass feels better too. It doesn't make the clicking sound the GH guitars make, but it's must more obvious where the strum bar registers your strum. It also has built-in sensor thing that will automatically calibrate your system to your TV (a HUGE plus!).
Mic is... well, I didn't notice any difference with the mic.
I got my RB2 set for $100 about 6 months ago. I'm sure they're not a whole lot more than this deal and I'd recommend that.
