Seems like a decent price. No contract. Only worry is the clearance items disclaimer.
Anyway, I ordered 2 for the wifey and myself.

Click Me.

There are more phones in the T-Mobile/Pentax clearance section, but prices did not seem as good.

Other Clearance phones

Nice! Thanks for the heads up. I'm definitely gonna order some phones. A lot of them are old so people may not want them, but I wouldn't mind a couple of "oldie but goodie" phones that they have

Nice Find. I found a very basic phone for $19.99 for my son to add to the family plan with not contract.

They also have WRTU54G-TM for 19.99. Does any one know if this is DD-WRT capable? Can we unlock it to use with gizmo?

The candybar style 8100 is $100 too if you don't like the flip. I have both and they have been great phones.

As per http://www.dd-wrt.com/site/support/router-database it is not supported at the moment. As per http://www.dslreports.com/forum/r21597694-Unlock-Unlock-tmobile-... I do not think that this can be unlocked to use with other SIP services.

Thanks OP, in for 2.

Didn't get charged sales tax even though I live in CA. That makes up for the high shipping charges. I also went thru bing.com and got 5% CashBack.

Anyone notice this:
"This Clearance product may have been one of a group of display items. Although many appear to be New-In-Box, any given item may have cosmetic blemishes, been slightly used or may be missing small, inconsequential pieces. All open-box/display items contain instruction manuals and any accessories necessary for routine operation and come with the standard manufacturer's warranty (generally one-year) unless specifically stated otherwise. "

So are these new or used/demo?

How do I unlock it?

What makes you think there is no contract involved?
my goof
"This is a new phone, and requires either new or existing service with T-Mobile. This phone is ideal for those who wish to upgrade, replace or change their current phones without changing the terms of their existing service agreements, or for those who wish to subscribe to T-Mobile as new subscriber. T-Mobile phones operate with a SIM card, allowing you to change easily from one handset to another.

Has anyone received any cell phone as an open item from RitzCamera? What was the condition?

Looks that way: from the T-Mobile website description of the product:

Band (frequency): 850 MHz;900 MHz;1800 MHz;1900 MHz

BTW, it's $49 at the TMobile website with a 2-year activation, just for comparison. Link
