They did the same thing with the the ODST premium theme just around release. Both games are published by MS so it's probably part of their promotional effort. That said, the ODST theme only lasted a day or so, so it's probably still worth hurrying on.
shouldnt themes be free? that really bothered me when i had a 360.. they charge you $x to plaster advertising for whatever game all over your dashboard.
like people paying $ to put a virtual chair in their virtual apartment in PS Home.
Thanks - still working online for me too. It shows up as free from the link OP provided, but when I searched for it on the Xbox directly it was showing up as 240 points.

JUst wanted to remind everyone that logging in to any account you have through a link in a message board is a bad idea. I was looking to download this until I came to the login page. No thanks. Not saying that the OP is a scammer, but it's a risky practice.
nice find OP, thank you very much. Time to change my theme.

Agree to the point that it's always safe to manually type the website we intend to go (ie marketplace.xbox.com in this case). However, going through the link in a message board is not a bad idea if you are lazy but know how domain name works, just look at the URL and you will know if it's safe or not. For example, no scam website can have the URL begins with http://marketplace.xbox.com/, it must be from Microsoft. If it's the scam website, the URL is somewhat similar to this http://marketplace.xbox.com.bullshitsite.com/. Thank you for bring this up.

If it was a scam site then Chrome would not have automatically logged me in.
You would think that - but some issues with ssl certs and how they are authenticated in browsers has let to some attacks (people getting certs from thawte for domain names like paypay a space and then their sub domain. This was a lapse on thawte's part and on some browsers implementation of how they processed the SSL certs). See http://www.wired.com/threatlevel/2009/07/kaminsky/ for more info.
