oops, that last bit kills it for me. I'm notoriously bad at not getting around to canceling unwanted "free" trials which quickly turn into monthly fees *cough* Gevalia Coffee *cough*! Great deal for people with more time and discipline to stay on top of those things.
they only allow you to purchase 1 of each because each comes with a different free subscription to some real website. took about 5 minutes to cancel over the phone. thanks OP!
It's getting flamed because a critical part of the deal is not in the title, required membership. And it's limit 1. So I wasted my time clicking and reading the thread. That's why.
Don't get me wrong, I love fatwallet and MOST of the members on here, but there are some of you that need to loosen up a bit. I'm not a founding member of fatwallet, and I don't claim to be. But I don't believe that the rating system was put into place so that we could vote on how good or bad the OP's grammar/spelling/APA format/etc. is. I think it's there to RATE THE DEAL!!!! It's one thing to red a good deal because you wasted your time clicking and reading the thread, but to red it and not say anything is just stupid. And yes I'm sure I'll have my fair share of red on this, but I'm sure I'll get over it at some point in life. So what you read the first 3 posts and realized it wasn't for you, move on to the next one. If your time is so precious and valuable, why WASTE THE TIME to red it?? Just hit the back button or close the tab. This is a deal hunting site, not a "great title-writer" hunting site. I'm not here looking for someone who is good at posting a title the way I THINK they should do it. And I'm pretty sure no one else is either, but hey I've been wrong before!

So is it really required membership if you dont have to pay anything and can cancel in 5 minutes? Seems more like a brief survey than required membership.

I hear ya. I actually came into this thread because I saw the red and wanted to see the "train wreck"... curiosity. *L* I pretty much stocked up on regular rechargeables when Albertsons had them clearanced for $3.39 per 4-pack a couple weeks ago. Thanks for the post anyway!
I used to think the green / red votes were a "secret ballot" - not so as I recently discovered...

use code 3522YNX for $5 off. Brings the total for one AAA 4-pack to 94 cents.

OK, had to take advantage of this...
Cancellation was a PITA, I could hardly understand the indian guy and he kept pushing a membership extension. Finally got it canceled after 5-10 minutes.
Looks like it's worth the 5 min hassle but I tried ordering using two different hotmail accounts and it said I don't qualify for either of the trial memberships (Real & GameFly) when I know I haven't done any for those e-mails. Oh well. I'll pass but thanks.

You never tried Eneloops before huh? Once you do, the mA rating will mean nothing. These batteries outperform everything else I ever tried.

I am using over a dozen of 2000mA Eneloops now and I know exactly how good they are. 4 2000mA cost $10 with no hassle. The mA rating dictates how frequently you need to recharge them and means a lot. 800mA is nothing compared to 2000mA.

The 800 mA is for the AAA batteries, I believe your stats are for AA.

If you add a 4-pack of the AA and a 4-pack of the AAA, it comes to $14.88, then with the $5.00 off coupon posted above, you get all for $9.88 plus 18% bing CB, if that goes through.

I tried to go back and order another set but got this message last night and this morning. No email confirmation or anything. I probably shouldnt try again and end up with three memberships to cancel but its strange that no confirmation is sent out...

Same thing for me, got the message, but no email. However the first 2 times I ordered I got a message saying my order could not be processed, sorry and try again. But they did charge my card for both of those times. I'll have to call Monday if they don't refund them automatically by then. So please do watch your charges if you get that message, and even if you don't!
Message to the ones who bought it and then managed to cancel their subscription: please add SuperPass (or whatever the name is) contact information in the Quick Summary.

Did you check your order status via the website or by phone??
Update: I was worried because I never received my confirmation email & I was charged for 4 different orders. I have tried to get them by phone 2 days now and just now got through. They are saying that those charges will be refunded in 3-4 business days and that they never received a successful order from me. This website seems a little shady and I don't think it's something I'm going to mess with anymore. I did cancel my subscriptions but I don't think I'm gonna place my order again, I think I'll just take my OWN money and run.
The status of my first order is "order confirmed." The other two I placed (tried to get one more set of AAA) never sent an email or gave me an order number so I cant check on them.
