I had a $10 off $40 coupon print at the register. The cashier held the coupon up and actually said to me "do you want this coupon, it isn't good on anything".
There's a 20% off single item on here. Same exclusion but it's better if you buy qualified items under $100. OD coupons are mostly useless except when you need paper or furniture.
