I have friends who go to the nearest store to purchase whatever and don't like to be bothered looking for a sale or good price. A lot of people are like that apparently and Best Buy knows that and therefore cater to them. They jack their prices and slap a sale to make people feel better about their purchase. I've referred these same friends to fatwallet and they consistently contact me to let me know how much money they save!
