The Target ad this week shows ATT go phone for Samsung A167 phone with $39.99, which is $10 cheaper than its everyday price. The ad says 30 min. free air time but when I bought it and slide my existing ATT SIM card in it, the ATT gave me $30 free balance (via phone message). So the totla price is (making) $10.
