Extra discount and free shipping a little misleading. Called eToys after not seeing the discounts: - Each item lists the maximum additional discount it could have or if it qualifies for free shipping (not all products do)
- If your cart reaches the prescribed limits ($50-$99 for 15% discount off of eligible items, etc.) The first 3 discountable items are dsciounted, NOT your entire cart.
To test I loaded 5 mickey raceways at $24.99 into my cart. My total cart was over $100. Only 3 of the reaceways were discounted 15% (maximum additional discount for this item), the other two were not discounted and the shipping was not free.
Prices aren't that great, extra discount is limited to 3 items. I spent about 20 minutes looking for something for Christmas presents and their sale just isn't much of a sale.
No offense to MisterCheap, he's always a gentleman. But eToys seems to be hyping a sale that isn't much of a sale.
