Hey guys, just saw this navigating through the upgrade options from my att account page. I believe Premier is only for FAN accounts, and my contract is already expired: LG Incite (Refurb) for $9.99 from ATT Premier. This would be a good deal if one does not need to extend his contract. I proceed through the checkout and there is an option to continue with your current plan, hence (and hopefully) no need to add a new plan with 2 year agreement. Correct me if I am wrong. And also since no new plan added, I believe one can sneak out from the new data requirements for new/upgrade PDA-s?

Well, I have to say, because of my previous experience I am not so sure that a new 2 year contract will apply. Last time (few months ago), I were in the same situation, meaning expired contract, FAN accounts, etc. and upgraded to Fuze Refurb, by calling to the Business CS. Price was $0.00. It was supposed to be with a new 1 year agreement. When the phone came, I just took my SIM from my previous phone and put it to work on my new Fuze. The result is that I still am out of contract and got the fuze for free!
