This seems like a GREAT deal! I cannot find any prices close to this.
Can anyone else confirm if this is a good deal?

I paid a little over $500 for mine a few months back, so this is a good price. I can't vouch for the store though.

Is this 720 or 1080? I can't find that info even on Sony's specs page.

Yeah, I cant seem to locate that anywhere either

PC Connection said: Internal Resolution (max) 1366 x 768

Pretty sure that means 720P.

"The Sony Bravia KLH-W32/S is a 32" professional LCD monitor designed specifically for use in commercial, industrial and hospitality environments." from tech bargains site...
anybody think this is great deal?? I need one for bedroom. This one w/o tax and free shipping to CA

16ms response time, isn't that pretty slow?
Says its HDTV compatible, I think this is only a monitor with no built in tuner

Seems like this is an OEM monitor from Sony with the option for a NTSC tuner or other propriatary tuner card (like for hotels or hospitals with site programming).

From Sony site;

Footnotes

1. For television viewing, requires separate cable, satellite, or other tuner box or card sold or rented separately.
2. Screen Size measured diagonally.

I do know that PC Connection is selling this at only 2.5% profit, so with free shipping they are actually losing money. Not sure if they just need to unload them, or its an error. I used to work there and have friends that work there (tried to see if I could get a better discount, no go!). Usually this stuff sells at a 15-30% margin.

2.5% pays for credit card cost. They are most likely trying to unload it.

What timing.

I needed a new pc monitor, and I already have a pinnacle USB HDTV tuner for my pc.

Didn't seem to find whether it does picture-in-picture or not.

The price says $499.95 right now.
