same doubt..
there usually is unless u cancel in first 3-4 weeks or delay shipment for sometime online and then cancel... you can cancel by calling or emailing them.
Please, don't patronize Gevalia. They are one of the biggest supporters of SPAM in the world. They continue to pay "affiliates" to spam millions every day and refuse to stop despite losing several court cases that found them responsible for the spam. They sent so much spam to one small ISP that they crashed the isp's servers!

Some are so good at it that when you filter them they seem to know and change one character in sender name. WHen they hve a unique domain it is easier, I just block all users from that domain.

If you click thru my Amazon post a few lines above, it shows 30-bags of tea per box.

It is the 8 oz boxes of coffee, and I think most if not all of the boxes of tea have 30 tea bags.
good deal but i am not happy with Gevalia . Last time i canceled my membership after first shipment . They still mailed me the next shipment and charged me for the over priced coffee

I called and cancelled, They credited me. Again they shipped, called again and got Credit. I like Gevalia coffee [peru oragnic and hazelnut] but I don't use coffee that often.
winton said: there's no auto-ship with this...It clearly says in the terms that you are enrolling in auto-ship. On the billing page click on the terms and conditions link. They make it appears as though the link doesn't work, but it actually puts them on the same page... way down in the bottom corner so that you have to scroll to find it. Here's the link to just the terms.

Just got my 3 in the mail. The travel mug is actually really nice. Large size and a "locking" sip lid. Now I'm gonna log-on to my account and cancel future shipments.
free4steve said: I ordered this last month, but still have not received this coffee. They must be still roasting the beans, so they hopefully are fresh.
Looking forward to trying the coffee, and then canceling the auto-ship. As long as the wife doesn't like it too much.
The website says that the order should arrive in 6 weeks. I guess that explains the delay.
Does anybody know how to get completely out of the Gevåliå account system?
They cancelled my recurring order without problems, but I still have an "account" on their system. There's no option to delete the account that I've found, and their Customer Service is helpless. There used to be a well-hidden page on their web site to do this, but I can't find it.
Cancellation was surprisingly easy... did it all through the web and they didn't even attempt to guilt me into staying in.

I got this deal and somehow ended up on a monthly shipment plan. I E-mailed them to cancel after spending over 30 minutes on their web site trying to cancel. Their web site wouldn't let me cancel no matter what I tried. Several weeks later I refused the delivery of additional tea and sent it back with the delivery truck. I then protested my credit card being billed with American Express . All in all, this was a very bad experience, and not worth it. They appear to be a dishonest company and use these promotions to lure people into monthly shipments. They then make it impossible to cancel-or at least in my case they did.
This company definitely isn't a scam or shady. I've signed up for their offers a couple times. The coffee is great, and the machines work very well. The only product I was disappointed in was the Earl Grey tea, isn't as good as the Bigelow brand, but does pack a lot more caffeine. You can easily change the frequency and contents of your shipments online.
The negative... Canceling online can be confusing to those that don't know how. When you are ready to cancel go to the contact us page. Don't select "Cancel Membership", because that will try to redirect you to chat instead of sending your message. To cancel, select "Product/Service Changes", fill in your account information, and then in the comment box, write that you want to cancel your future shipments. Within 24 hours you will get a confirmation email stating that you will not receive anymore club shipments, but your account will remain in the system in case you want to place any single item orders. Easy as that... you don't have to talk to anyone, tell them why you are canceling, or deal with someone trying to pressure you into staying.
