Newegg is gonna have to do better than that if they want to compete with some of the other laptop deals going or coming in the next few weeks.

Lots of little things that make this a reasonably good deal, but you are right, vaylon, at first glance it doesn't compare favorably to some of the other deals out there right now.

4 GB RAM (instead of 3GB)
Full Athlon x2 (@ 2.1 GHz) as opposed to Sempron or Celeron
HDMI out (according to picture)
Card reader
Radeon HD 3200 video
320 GB Hard Drive
