For those that may be new to NIS deals... around this time of year they start becoming ~$10 or Free after rebate... year after year it keeps happening. Last year it was free after rebate at Staples and Fry's Electronics online. Just set a topic alert for "NIS 2010", and you'll get hooked up.
Given that Norton rebates are safe as houses, I think the current deal at Fry's for NIS 2010, Norton Utilities 2010, and Ghost 14 for 9.99 after rebate is a much better deal.
