I saw this at my local Costco and checked the price on Amazon using their iPhone app. Amazon has it for $92.83 while Costco is selling it for $69.99. Even with tax, it comes out ahead. I don't believe this to be a YMMV since it wasn't a clearance or sale item. They had at least 3 in the Goleta, CA location.

i bought one of these at costco about 6 months ago or longer. i finally used it this past weekend. it's great! i used it to clean white and colored grout in 2 bathrooms. it took almost all the stains out except for the most stubborn mildew stains in the grout. i was very surprised it was able to remove hard water deposits from the aluminum shower frame. it gets quite loud if your ears are near the nozzle so hearing protectors (or headphones) may be a good idea. i wore out one of the 3 included nylon nozzle tips scrubbing the grout. i gotta find a cheap place to buy more nylon nozzle tips. highly recommended.
I use it to clean kitchen floor, with the included mop accessory, and that works very well. No chemical. For stove grease, I found the chemicals work better/easier/quicker, but combine with this, you can use less chemicals I think. I plug my ears when using the nozzle.
