Good deal! Solid. I noticed a earlier post for $100.00 a night Trump Tower Stays but for $25.00 you can not beat it. I am planing a two day stay this weekend. Green!

Great location at the four corners on South Strip. Halfway decent pool area. Lousy food though. But at that price, who cares? Comfortable, clean rooms at $25? Great deal.

what is the code? it says
The promotion code you entered was not valid, or has expired. Please click 'Start Over' to try again. (code=5)
I disagree. Excalibur has very good rooms, and the location is perfect. True, the food is not so good, but from there you can easily walk to the neighboring casinos on the strip, which you would do anyways.

when i clicked on the link You do not need any code for these cheap prices. Simply go to the Excalibur.com site, and you can see similar low prices for many days during the following months as well as year around.
Excalibur does have great location: close to the airport, to the South Strip hotels, easy walk to the Mid Strip, 20 minutes walk to the North Strip hotels.
On the other hand, please, be advised that for that low price you get only a very basic room, with shower. Only ten basic tv channels, dim lights etc. IF you prefer to stay in your room longer time, to watch tv, to read, to rest, this is not a place for you. BUT it is a nice clean place if you go there only to sleep (preferably after 11PM). (BUT they do have safe in every room.)
The buffet food is unedible, stay away from it. There are so many other choices in short walking distance. There are very annoying, aggressive time share people all over the lobby. They offer "free show tickets", but then you will larn, that the price is very high: you have to participate in a long (2+hours) very high pressure time share representation. DECLINE the offer. If you want cheap show tickets, simply walk 500 yards to the "las minute ticket office" on the other side of the strip.
Have fun!

i stayed there this past summer, the rooms in tower 1 are acceptable at best, not sure its worth 25 dollars. But try to stay in Tower II. Thats their new tower and they have bigger rooms, LCD tvs, etc.

Completely agree. And if you land yourself a hot chick, be prepared to be embarassed, and wish you'd picked a better hotel.

Or you could do what we did the last time we stayed in Vegas. We were at the Luxor waiting for another person to arrive. Timeshare people flagged us down and offered us $200 vouchers for casino chips, food or shows. We had time to kill and spent the 2 hours listening to the sales pitch. Kept politely declining WITHOUT telling them we'd never had any intention of buying (if you do that, it's grounds for them to revoke your free gift). They took us back to the casino and gave us the $200 in chip vouchers. We turned them in and got the chips and then met up with our friend and went elsewhere for a few hours. Came back and turned in the chips for cold hard cash. $100/hr TAX FREE was well worth it and could even be listed on taxes as a gambling loss.
I recently (around Thanksgiving) stayed in the Mirage for $100 per night, but they gave a $50 buffet credit and 3 free tickets to their "secret garden" zoo thing (normally $15 each I thing). We were going to eat anyway, so for $50 per night it was fun. I almost stayed at Excalibur, but we went by there and it really wasn't that nice.
Here's the link for the $50 food credit thing. It says rooms start at $80.
There was tons of food on the buffet to and most of it was really good (wouldn't recommend the sushi though).
Honestly there are many Vegas Deals right now so I wouldn't recommend the Excalibur --- but it's mainly about what you're used to. If you're used to Motel 6, Excalibur isn't that bad. If you're used to Marriot, go somewhere else.
