These come with a 1 yr warranty. Apple recases them, so no scratches.

I have purchased a Macbook aluminum, 17inch Pro, and Imac, all without problems.

That link just takes you to Apple. Googling apple refurb will get you the link.

Also it's kinda pointless imo to post Apple refurbs @ the Apple Store because they are usually gone a short time after they're listed.
